Customer Success Director - Publishing

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Client Success Director who will collaborate with and ensure the long-term success of our publisher client success department.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned publishers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders as well as ensuring the growth of your team’s portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have great management skills, business development and strategy experience, in depth understanding of the digital advertising landscape and hands on experience with traffic acquisition.

As a results-oriented person, you will build a consultative approach to addressing client needs and lead the "Publisher team” on client acquisition and existing client success/management.

 

Region: Luxembourg

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Publishing partners and traffic in general
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive partners
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of support according to publisher needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track KPI metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within client
  •  base and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity technical requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Partner closely with the advertising, operations and support management as well as developers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity
  • Ensure your publishers’ revenue expectations are exceeded!

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience in traffic acquisition, publishing management and media buying.
  • Proven analytical capabilities and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hands on publisher account implementation and management experience
  • Ability to understand different analytics and participate to continuous improvements for the platform
  • Proven knowledge of tracking logics and technics is mandatory
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time
  • Ability to perform strategic client reviews to identify client needs or workflow gaps
  • 5+ year of experience in client success and/or traffic management
  • Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct
  • Advanced capabilities with Office and Excel in particular are preferred
  • Experience with programmatic is a plus
  • Experience with various advertising network interfaces is a strong plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools, experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • Experience with collaboration tools is a plus (such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence)
  • Experience with affiliate tracking tools is a plus (Voluum, redtrack, hasoffers etc.
