What you will really be doing

  • Work directly with clients to support their needs and suggest products that will help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with the Sales team regarding client needs and potential
  • Improve the onboarding process
  • Proactively suggest products and features to existing clients
  • Minimize client churn
  • Handle and resolve client requests, issues, and other support related topics



  • 2 years of working with an online ad agency
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure

Personal competencies, language skills

  • In addition to excellent written and spoken English skills,  fluency in any other language will be consider an advantage
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office programs and strong overall computer skills
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on bottom-line results
  • Strong negotiation skills with a strategic and analytical approach to monitoring and improving results
