Job description

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Selecting vendors for retail operations and managing contract agreements
  • Participating in recruitment, training, development, disciplining, promotions and terminations
  • Giving international hiring recommendations
  • Providing excellent guest service and monitoring guest feedback. Supervising and following up on guest requests and comments
  • Monitoring the follow ups on post treatment recommendations
  • Reviewing expenditures to ensure they are in keeping within the operating budgets
  • Creating accurate monthly forecast and month end financial commentary
  • Ensuring customer needs are being met in the best possible way
  • Monitoring the stock inventory and following up on pending purchases
  • Coordinating inventory of retail items
  • Taking a leading role in resolving any and all guest concerns
  • Overseeing retail product research, product selection and purchasing, product display
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining an orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
  • Preparing the budget and forecast on a monthly period and annual basis
  • Working closely and performing other duties as requested by owners

Key requirements:

  • Conversational knowledge of Hungarian language
  • Intermediate level of English
  • MD
  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery), Medicine or Pharmacy degree is an advantage
  • Experience in Medicine or Pharmacy is an advantage
