Docler Holding is a massive multinational IT group that has been thriving since 2001. Our company manages and operates a plethora of websites, including one which is a world leader in live video streaming and draws in 35 million visitors on a daily basis. Over the past 15 years our company has seen exponential growth with over 1000 employees across 3 continents with headquarters in Luxembourg and offices in Los Angeles, Budapest, Hong Kong and Cagliary. 

We are looking for a Head of PR & Communications to join our young, international and dynamic company. This position covers all the corporate initiatives and the supervision of the corporate PR team. It is a hands-on position and supports a wide range of activities from creating industry specific narratives to supporting product launches. We are interested in individuals who are intellectually curious, quick-witted, creative and willing to try new things.


  What you will be doing 

  • Lead ongoing executive communication opportunities, such as, media briefings, speaking engagements, and client and partner events.
  • Manage external agency team resources
  • Create and implement a long term communications strategy for Docler Holding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media and opinion leaders
  • Overview and coordinate the design, copywriting, translation and production of documents and communications for the company, both internally and externally
  • Handle all the media/press related requests and the yearly media plan
  • Copywriting and writing of articles, press releases in English and French
  • Manage the creation of ads and any other creative material with the teams
  • Supervise the planning, development and management of the company’s internal and external events
  • Coordinate the overall aims and ideas, budgets planning and timescale
  • Assist in the management of sponsorships processes requirements
  • Develop a sustainable corporate social responsibility plan of action
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Coordinate and supervise the collection, filtering and dissemination of information for internal purposes (newsletters, social media...)
  • Provide a professional interface with board members, team leaders, partners, visitors and the public in general


Work and educational experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication, Marketing and/or Journalism or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Communication, Journalism, Agency or in-house
  • Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is mandatory
  • Strong press networking credentials
  • Luxembourgish and/or French network is desirable
  • Experience with project management, editorial execution and decision making
